"DISKPART" created probelom for me help plssss in WINDOWS XP plss see dedatils and help me?

hello everybody,

i have a PC with intel pentium D820,Samsung 80GB sata HDD ,and have WIN XPSP2 installed on it .
i am not a verry intellegnet PC user so one day i was just trying DISKPART command in command prompt (i want to tell u i have four partitions in my HDD C,D,E,F in which C is the system disk)
Accindentelly i marked the partition E as ACTIVE (the part was empty) .And after that when ever i starts my pc it is not starting it shows the system setup screnn after that it prompts me something like this===

PLEASE RESTART THE COMPUTER AND SELECT A PROPER BOOT DEVICE
OR INSERT THE BOTT DISK IT THE DRIVE AND PRESS ENTER
i tried to biit from A MSDOS start up floppy disk but probelom was still not solved please help me what shoul i do pleaseplease

1. Start the computer and insert the XP CD in the CD rom drive.
Restart
select boot from CD.
from the Menu select Repair.
Or
2 Wait till Select OS page appear. Wait.
Next page will give you options.
Select Last known good configuration.
