I would start with the official website: Citizenship and Immigraiton Canada. (CIC) http://www.cic.gc.ca/ You will find information on the various kinds of visas and what you will need to get one. The process can be long and costly, so be prepared for a wait.

When I was going through the process, I found this website very helpful: http://www.immigration.ca/discussion/ What's posted here isn't official, but the experiences of people going through the process and they often know exactly what official information you'll need.
