How do i get muscular if I am 13 and havent gone through ... I can't spend money on gym and gym equipments...I only have a skipping rope ...

I don't mind getting heavier as long as i am muscular...and how to grow taller...I am only 147cm and 47 kg...

Do body weight exercises.
One legged squats, one legged calf raises, one legged squats standing on your toes like you are doing calf raises.
Chin-ups, push-ups..there are about a bunch of different types of push-ups you can do
eat a high protein yet well balance diet, drink plent of water, do not over exercise, get plenty of rest...
