Never scratch it
Consult ur doctor. thats the best thing to do.
Incase u don't wanna do that,
1.Use only mild skin products, preferably baby creams
2. Incase the rash starts groeing, then it is a fungal attack and can be quite dangerous if unchecked.
3. If u know how it came {like injury or mosquito bite} its best to leave it undistubed.

I'd wash with something like safeguard then put a film of vaseline petroleum jelly on them. But usually a continual rash is an allergy to something. You could try calamine lotion too. But I'd get a dr. to look at it just to be safe.

According to Jesus in Mark 7, health comes from inside of you, rather than what you put into yourself.
Just as a wild guess, have you been treating anybody else's hands badly lately, and your body is telling you that if it's good enough for them, then it's good enough for you?
