You must understand that God is but one. Brahma, Vishnu and Siva as well as the various goddesses are the manifestations of the Unitary God.God in potential or meditative form, when he withdraws all the creative forces within Himself, He is called Siva. He is the destroyer, when all the created beings come to an end. At the Creation stage, he Brahma and at the dynamic form, he Is Vishnu. Vishnu being the name of the God when He is concerned with the protection of the created beings, He is said to be taking avatars after avatars.

As per Hinduism Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva are three branches of the eternal power… God the almighty... he is also called 'Allah' by a section of human beings...
Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, Allah, god are the different names of the one god... and he has the same abode as the believers believe...
Subjects related to religion, especially your own religion should not be put on internet for argument, dissection and acid test... because if somebody makes indecent remarks, the feelings of Hindus will be hurt...
Even your question has also done some damage... we feel hurt…

The philosophy is very deep. When we are not able to comprehend God with our mind and intellect, how can we know about His Awatars?
But for your curiosity's sake, Krishn the supreme among all the Gods, only descends on this earth for our benfit. Other Gods are more to do with authority than to grace the souls.

God is seen as trinity to highlight the creation, sustenance, and annihilation aspects. One God with three gunas only. All avatars possess powers for creation, sustenance and annihilation.
