Start with the officer's family. See if they can help you locate the officer.

If you wish to sue the officer or take them to court for any reason, contact the Judge Advocate's Office at your nearest military base.

Navy personel records are usually unavailable to citizens, but your Congressman might be able to help you there.

Try your local American Legion.They will help if they can.Or Write to the SECNAV in DC and ask for info.You will need persons service # for them to run a trace.Also be advised if you r not immediate family they may tell you zilch due to the privacy act. God Luck !!!
