I know that I have bad circulation in my hands and feet, as they are always cold, but the tips of some of my little toes feel like pins and needles whenever i apply a bit of pressure on then. What could it be?

There is a syndrome called Reynaud's that can cause this, also a warning sign of diabetes-better make a doctor's appointment and get it checked out.

I have cold feet and gets pins and needles often. Its mostly due to poor blood circulation and as the toes is the furthest away from the heart, it may not get enough blood circulated to them.
Try not to restrict your feet too much with tight or ill feeting shoes. And go for regular foot reflexalogy as it helps to unblock some blocked points and gives better blood circulation to your entire body.
As a chinese, I also take in herbal tea and dried longans (a fruit) also helps. Give them a try and your feet and body will thank you.

This is a classic indicator of Diabetes. It could also indicate a number of other things. First thing is to get an appointment with a GP. Next while your waiting cut down on all sugary foods, cakes, sweets, chocolate, jam fat free yogurt (contains high sugar) and so on. Keep your feet soft with moisturiser and make sure that you do not damage or cut your feet as this could cause problems if it is due to diabetes.
Best of luck and don't worry as if it is diabetes you can change things very easily.
Have a happy Easter.

Best to check with the doctor as there are several reasons. It could be just due to the bad circulation that you are already aware of, but it could be something more serious. Check it out and prevent further worry.

Have yourself checked out; at least have a blood test to see what your levels of vitamin B12 are like. Low levels of B12 can lead to numbness, tingling, pins and needles in the fingers and toes.
