you need to exercises your fingers more, they are staying in the same position for far to long while you type, every couple of hours stretch them out and spend 10 Min's spacing them on a flat surface as far apart as you can then fitting your fingers in side each other with both hands push your hands away from you then clench your fists and release....this should help! basically your suffering from finger cramps.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

You may have carpal tunnel due to the wear and tear over the years. The other possibilty that is more likely would be tendonitis. If you have arthritis at this age it may be an inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid and this usually affects medium sized joints and the pain is usually in the am. IT does not sound like your problem

no it is not artherites firsy of all
second mine fingers do hurt when i type too much all you have to do is give your self a hand massage with any oil you like or with some cream, and then wash your hands luke warm water, it works
also do take some rest while you type, like beraks of 5 -10 mts and give some moment to your fingers as if like masshing some thing in hand, it will relax your fingures

artherites is when you experience fever in the evening
and yes if you want to check out if it is artherites you can go for artherites kit test avail abel in hospitals, your blood serum will be taken out for the test, if it clums with the antisera, you will be having artherites

Reduce your typing to only 30 minutes a day and squeeze a ball.

I recommend going to a doctor. It is hard for people to figure out what your problem is over the internet.
