Can anybody let me know whether I can get work permit for any country if I am having valid UAE residence visa along with my family? You may suggest me if any country provides immigration facility based on this Visa.

To obtain a work/residence visa in any other country your Nationality is relevant and not your present residence. Just because you have a residence visa of the UAE does not mean that you are a UAE National

If you decide to leave the UAE for good you have to cancel your family members visas first and then yours anyway or you will face problems applying for a new one.

Btw: if you resign, your employer will cancel your visa
If you do not resign and just leave, you will be reported as absonded and your present visa will expire after 6 months automatically.

Take care.

UAE nationals themselves need visa for all the countries. For the only countries that your UAE resident visa may serve would be for the GCC countries which are: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.

Possession of UAE residence visa is an advantage but you should also have a gainful employment and credible bank account in order to have a good chance of being given a visa to other countries.

Certainly not! Because you have been living in a country not your own seldom, if ever, gives you the right to do the same thing in another country and certainly not without meeting the conditions of that particular country. The only country you would be free to work without meeting legal criteria would be your own homeland. We may be living in a global world at various levels, but not when it comes to working freely in any country of our choice.
