The lawyer then asked him "Well do you have a Case?" and the farmer replied "No but I do have a John Deere".
By this time the lawyer was getting a little frustrated and said "What is the wrong in your marriage? Is your wife a ******?". And the farmer said "No she ain't no ******......but that last kid she had was a ******.......and that is why I need one of them dey vorces.

For those of you who think this is a rascist joke which part do you consider rascist? Calling the farmer a "Red Neck" or the baby a "******"? Both are derisive terms. Double standard perhaps?

IT's not racist at all. I mean, the farmer is simply saying that since he's a white and his wife is a white, then there is no flipping reason for the kid to be a "******" and hence it means that the kid isn't his.
Hence he wants a dey vorce.
