Mapquest should give you driving directions, as should yahoo maps. I have mapped combined (U.S./Canada) trips there before.

Below is a link from Google Canada. It goes from Peru, Indiana to Montreal Quebec. All you said was Quebec so I just assumed you meant Montreal. If you meant Quebec City, just change the destination. They suggest going through Sarnia, instead of Detroit / Windsor, probably for traffic purposes. I have crossed at both border crossing and Sarnia is much quicker. As soon as you hit the 401 going east it is the same highway all the way to Montreal. At the Quebec border the names changes to Highway 20, but it's the same. If that doesn't help you, go to the AAA (American Automobile Association) website, or CAA (Canadian Automobile Association). They both will provide you with Trip Tiks, a highlighted map of how to get where you are going with construction delays etc. on the map, you just have to be a member. You can also get discount on hotels and attractions, and road side assistance if anything ever happens on your trip and trip insurance. I have CAA and it is definitely a worth while investment. Cost me about $50 CAD a year.

Go to maps.google.com
Choose "Get Directions"
Type in "Peru, Indiana" as starting location
Type in "Montreal, Quebec" as destination
It is estimated at 13hrs. Their estimates are pretty accurate. My friend and I drove to Staten Island in New York City from Montreal and the times were only off by about 20-30 minutes for the total trip.

I don't know what the heck Andy C. is telling!
From Peru: US 24 east to I-69 north into MI to I-94 east to Detroit. Take MI route 10 south to border crossing (a tunnel - your ONLY toll). Follow signs thru Windsor to ON 401. ON 401 east all the way to QC where it becomes QC Autoroute 20.
You did not say where in QC you are going, but if you meant QC City you stay on QC Autoroute 20 all the way (be careful in the Montréal area to follow the Autoroute 20 signs as that designations follows with other intersecting roads from almost into Montréal then over the Champlain Bridge then along the river past Longueuil until it becomes just A-20 again).

Go to yahoo maps on the yahoo homepage. You can put in your address and the address of the place you're going to in Quebec and get a map with directions. I've used this a number of times for trips and find the directions easy to follow. Good luck and bon voyage!

Go to your public library and look at an Atlas. The maps online are just too troublesome. Basically, though, go North then turn East when you hit Canada.

70-90 TO HWY #81 north to 401 east . That'll take you to to the end of the 401, it turns into hwy#20 which will take you right into Quebec city.
Good luck. Make sure you can speak french as they are not accommodating to English only.
