So I had to get up and go help him push it back in the driveway and now I am having really bad back and legg pains do you think that I am just sore or did I do something too my back??

If the pain persists, see your doctor. If you notice it easing up, then it was most likely a mild strain. Heat should help (heating pad, hot water bottle)

Give it a few days, with a lot of rest and make sure you don't strain your back further.

If after a few days the pain is still there, or is not getting better, then see a doctor about it and tell him what happened. It could mean a few things - from a minor sprain to a slipped disc.

You probably haven't pushed on a large truck that often. I would guess that you strained some muscles. Get a heating pad.

It sounds like you may have just strained or pulled some muscles to me but I would definitely go ahead and check with your dr to see what they say could be causing this.
