Ok me and the ex g/f split up well over 6 months ago, shes away at Uni, most of the time, but she will be back for nearly a month for easter... she lives about 100 metres from my house, (we were together for four years) i know this because she txts my housemate every time she comes home, is it to let me know thats she guna be back...!

Wow, that sucks! I have to say, though, that I did the same thing. I left my fiance 2 years ago, and wouldn't speak to him for anything. I dated another guy for 2 months and realized what I had given up. (i don't know whether it was his charm, or his "charm" - if you know what I mean.) The first time I got ahold of him was through his best friend, and it was only for a booty call. But there was another reason that I didn't want to admit to myself, I was still in love with him, lonely, and needed to feel like I was home again. Your ex either knows what she's missing and wants you back, she wants to make you jealous, or she's jealous and only wants you because she can't have you. I suggest getting her drunk when she comes home and having a talk. Alcohol= liquid courage. She'll tell you what she's really thinking. BTW, my hunny and I have been married for over a year now, so breakups aren't always permanent, no matter what you think at the time.

Maybe she's interested or good friends with your roommate?
Hell, If I lived far away and had friends back home, I'd tell everyone who I know that I would be coming back to visit.
Don't worry, you're just jumping into unlikely conclusions right now. Wait a for a little more evidence to see where's she's going though, then you can get a more likely hunch of where her head is at.
If she split up with you about 6 months ago, she probably has no intention to be back with you.

It kind of sounds like you want her to be interested in you. Is that it? Is she friends with your housemates? If she is, then it sounds like she's not really thinking of you - she's thinking of her friends. If she's not really good friends with your housemates, then she could be sort of using them to get your attention. If this bugs you or them, then you need to call her and tell her that you and her are over and that she needs to stop. But if this doesn't bug you, then you still need to call her and tell her how you feel or she'll just keep doing what she's doing - depending upon how persistent she is.

sounds like she wants to see you, but as a friend and is worried if she calls you directly you will take it as a sign she wants to get back together which might lead to your feelings being hurt badly as a result of her getting your hopes up and.....
women are too complicated, but i think she just wants to meet for coffee or something and catch up and nothing else.
