Can a 3month old puppy get pregnant? She's eating more and getting fatter. I don't know if she did the deed. I went home over Spring Break and she loved being outsied with the older dogs and I didn't keep an eye on her while she was outside. Maybe I'm being a little paranoid but you never know. She wont be spayed until May that's a long time.

Don't worry. she can't get pregnant at 3 months, if you know for certain that is her age. The youngest known is 5 months.
However, if her tummy appears big, as if she might be pregnant, she may be in need of de-worming, as that is the first symptom.

She has to go into heat first, usually 6 months to 9 months old. She is growing so she eats more, especially if she is a big breed. If the eating is excessive, she may need wormed. Worms can also give the appearance of being "fat" the belly is distended.

A female dog wont come into season until she is at least 6 months old, but if you are at all unsure take your pup to the vet now. She is probably just overfed.

dogs won't go into heat for 6 months to a year old. But you should wait until 2 years to breed them. I would take her to the vet so they can do a pregnancy test but I doubt she is.
