it depends on whether they were born blind or had a degenerative disease or accident.
if they used to be able to see, then it's possible to have visual dreams. if they were born blind, then they don't see their dreams and only hear it, i guess.

dreams are the life inside you. leaving it is not tough, though, hard to come back with it. so just get it into rid. blinds can see whatever in their dreams if they were not blind when they were born. if it is since born, blinds can be on dreams but they can't see faces which they want to see. because dreams as well is just a copy of our imagination when we are awake. as what others said, our mind doesn't sleep, so, dreams are the play space of our mind.

Dreams are a release of the information we were bombarded with through out the day. Blind people don't see in their dreams. however, because they get information through their other senses, they relive those sensations in their dreams.

yes, they do, indeed. perhaps even more intensely for some if they were born blind since they are the once who dream usually through sound.
those who weren't born blind may also have visual dreams. perhaps that's where they can only see, truly.

i think i will agree to rooster. Dreams form as we develop, and they form from experience that is brought through our senses. A person born blind i guess experience dreams in the form of other senses like audio, but not visual.

This question has inspired volumes of medical research dating back to the 19th century. People who are visually impaired from birth appear to lack visual imagery in their dreams. It's believed that the parts of their brains that register visual information remain dormant.
According to anarticle by Diego Kaski in the International Medical Students' Journal, even people who lose their sight early in childhood retain visual imagery in their dreams well into adulthood. However, this imagery fades over time
