hiya i have just been given this clindamycin vaginal cream to insert to try and get rid of bacterial vaginosis as the metronidazole did not work - has anybody getting rid of bv by using this cream ??? or has anybody getting rid of bv another way - i only got it after my miscarriage and now i cant get rid of it

Clindamycin and metronidazole are both commonly used for bacterial vaginosis - its really a physicians preference which decides which one first. Hopefully it will clear up the problem. There are still several more alternatives you can try if it doesnt like betadine.

It is regularly used though so i fully expect it to be successful. If you are concerned use it for the full 7 nights. Usual direction is one applicatorful for 3 to 7 nights.
