How would i know if i am pregnant?

i am 21 & have had sex a couple of times !
i would like to know how can you fall pregnant, where must the sperm go in for you to fall pregnant???

You can get pregnant any time sperm is around your vagina. You are most likely to get pregnant if ejaculation occurs all the way up inside.

The only way to know if you are pregnant is if you take a test and it is positive.

Where did "fall" pregnant come from? Theres no falling.
