Why do illegals take social security numbers, pay into the system knowing that they cannot receive from SSN?

They will never see that money again. But they do pay into the system. They do deserve all the other free stuff they supposely receive.

Good Point, Unfortunately, most don't [use a SSN] they get cold-hard cash.

So they need a cold-hard cot, and a cold-hard trip back after they get their cold hard cash seized.

Why do people always assume that when illegals file their taxes with ITIN they get everything refunded? That is NOT true. When you file with a ITIN instead of a valid social security number, you are not eligible for all the wonderful credits that Americans get: the main one being Earned Income Credit. So even if the have tons of kids they really are not getting much back and many times they end up paying.


And another fact: most social security numbers that are stolen are from dead people, most don't want to steal your identity they just want to work.

First of all it gives them a SS number to be able to work,its a way of getting a better job than working the way that most do. Most work for cash only . They are paying on a stolen,forged,rented or bought Social Security number and that's another crime. Do you think they deserve to be rewarded for this crime also ?

The few illegals that do pay taxes via false SS cards or TIN#s do not pay for all the other illegal aliens that don't pay ANY income taxes. So they continue to be a drain on the system. They pay sales taxes on goods or services they buy but nothing more. It in no way evens out .

Based on estimates of the illegal alien population in California and documented costs of K-12 schooling, Californians spend approximately $7.7 billion annually on education for illegal alien children and for their U.S.-born siblings. Nearly 15 percent of the K-12 public school students in California are children of illegal aliens.

Health care. Uncompensated medical outlays for health care provided to the state's illegal alien population amount to about $1.4 billion a year.

Incarceration. The cost of incarcerating illegal aliens in California's prisons and jails amounts to about $1.4 billion a year (not including related law enforcement and judicial expenditures or the monetary costs of the crimes that led to their incarceration).

State and local taxes paid by the illegal alien population go toward offsetting these costs, but they do not come near to matching the expenses. The total of such payments can generously be estimated at about $1.6 billion per year.

The fiscal costs of illegal aliens does not end with these three major cost areas. The total costs of illegal aliens to the state's taxpayers would be considerably higher if other cost areas such as special English instruction, school feeding programs, or welfare benefits for American workers displaced by illegal alien workers were added into the equation

no most of them dont get paid under the table or "HARD" cash like most uneducated ppl would like to believe. most of them use fake SSN & use them at employment agencies who dont bother to run the false or stolen SSN's, so yes they pay taxes, medicare & so on-but they figure as long as they get a check every week its worth it. do they deserve any free stuff, um thats another debate but i for one dont think any "able' and healthy person deserves anything for free legal or illegal.

Haven't you heard - our "intelligent" congress want to give them the social security money they put in.

This is WRONG! They steal a SS# from a citizen, cause a living hell for that person and they still get the benefits of their ILLEGAL acts.
