One of the precepts of at least some branches of linguistics is that any dialect of a language is as good as any other. You may have learned a version of nonstandard English that is frowned upon by traditional grammarians, but iot manages to communicate as well as any other dialect of English. However, what you want is a version of English that will communicate without making others think you are substandard. So, you need to learn standard English.
Many of us who learn English can get along just fine by making judgements about what sounds right. Apparently you can't do that because of the dialect you learned. Therefore, you need to learn the rules of grammar. Start by getting a little book called "The Elements of Style" by Strunk and White. Later you might want to get a larger book called "Modern English Usage." Good luck to you. It's a hard task, but it's well worth it. The use of proper English will make it a lot easier to get better grades, jobs, and social standing. (Unless, of course, you decide to live in France.)

In English now we have regulations of spelling, grammar and, to an quantity, pronounciation. The proven fact that language can evolve, including new regulations and phrases, does no longer imply that it's spoken effectively earlier than the ones are approved. Under your definition, why can a non-local speaker talk "dangerous English?" Are you pronouncing that what he says has no have an impact on? If that had been the case, I surprise how the language acquired its roots from latin/greek/and many others. Seriously, the loss of an purpose ordinary and that a language evolves does not imply "dangerous English" does not exist. It's, like many matters, a proposal.

That is what comprises language: rules of grammar, structure and punctuation!!!! There are rules you have to follow, or else people will make up their own language! Which is how we get slang and different dialects. But slang is not "proper" English. What you are supposed to be learning in school are those rules, which will only help you to articulate your thoughts better, and help you to organize your English papers and whatnot.

You seem to make a conscious choice of not using the grammar or proper punctuation - and that basically means that you could do it right if you wanted to. Dialect and slang is in my opiniion quite acceptable in normal everyday speech - the academic requirements are much, much higher and if you want A's you would have to do the things properly.
It's up to you girl.
I am a language teacher myself - and I can have my puctuation and spelling completely off -esp. when chatting with friends, but when it comes to proper offical papers and letters my language is in top shape because I know that some government clerk is not going understand me or that he may judge me my application on the basis of my language.
You choice ...
