eat kix for breakfast, then dont eat until lunch time, then eat fruit as a snack between lunch and dinner

for dinner eat something high in protien and low in fat, and dont eat anything after dinner,

and dont eat dinner within 2 hours of sleeping

so if u sleep at 10

then eat at 8 or earlier
