For the past year, I've been having painfull abdominal problems around my spleen and liver. It's been so bad latley that I've missed alot of school!
I've had tons and tons of tests done [You name it, and they've probably done it] and the doctors still haven't found anything yet.

Can someone fill me in on what this might be?

It usually happens randomly at anytime.

Have you had a gastric emptying study done? I went through what I thought was every test known to man back about 4 years ago for my stomach problems with all the results negative. Then I switched doctors and he said that there was the only one test left to do. I had a delay in gastric emptying by about 15% which was causing a ton of acid build up which was causing all my pain. I take meds for it now and it's fine. Ask about the gastric emptying study. You eat eggs with some kind of radioactive substance in them and they monitor your digestion for about 2 hours.

have u changed u'r diet? i had real bad, bent over, dropping to the floor almost crippling type of stomach pains mostly on my left side and no one could figure it out and yes i had a lot of test as to why, but still no answer.
for me it was so embarrassing to figure out it was gas, i use gas-x, it has smythicone (i think 125mg) i'd sometimes take 2 of them. now i'm fine now that i've changed my diet.
hope u feel better soon.

oh yeah! the doctor is in! NO! do not ask anyone on this site to diagnose your condition! try another specialist and also see a therapist because your condition is affecting your thinking!I hope you get some real help!

you need to try another doctor if the one you're going to can't figure it out. that's really scary that it's been a year and they still haven't figured it out yet after "tons and tons" of tests!

If the doctor can't tell you what it is, what makes you think I can?
