Yeah, it's a little weird. If you want to change your situation, try talking with them. Just keep in mind that most girls really like to talk about themselves, so ask her open ended questions and listen away. If you develop a rapport with her, ask her if she'd like to grab a bite to eat sometime, or maybe have a cup of coffee so that you can talk some more.
If the subject moves towards your inexperience, just make a joke out of it, like, "My mom says I'm a great kisser." Be candid, but don't lay ALL of your cards on the table. Women like a bit of mystery.

Depends, maybe you just have your own beliefs or views in terms of kissing and stuff like that. I wouldn't call it weird because I have friends who don't have a boyfriend or a girlfriend at the age of 23 and above and it's because they are busy people and wouldn't want to date yet.

Not weird, just unusual. I think that's the best way to do it, if you're in college. Who needs drama (or kids) when you're trying to get an education? But you should go out there and date. But go out and have fun. When you get older, the assortment of decent girls will be smaller than it is already.
