i think both sound stupid. i mean they would be cool occasionally, like when you're clubbing or at a party or something. but that will just stand out TOO much when you're older. what about on the 4th of July when you take your young children to see the fireworks... do you really want some trashy glow in the dark tattoo showing up?

They do exist. I know for a fact because I have 2 UV tattoos, and have seen the glow in the dark ink at the place that I got my second one done. I prefer the UV because they don't show all the time. They stop glowing after the blacklights are turned off or you leave the area with blacklights, where the glow in the dark will take a while for them to stop glowing.

Here's the scoop on the black light tattoos...first of all good luck finding an artist who will use the special ink. I've gotten tats at 4 different places in 3 different states and have friends who own or work in Tat shops. The blacklight ink can be fatal if it should get into your blood steam. It can kill you! If you manage to get by that...from what I am told, they fade extremely quickly.
Aside from that...it would be awesome if there was a safe and more fade resistant (like traditional ink) ink that you can see under a black light. When and if it happens...I will be right there in line getting one...even if I am 80 when it happens!! LOL

Totally get a UV-ink one!!! Then, you can get a tattoo that some people think is completely outrageous and you wouldn't want to show to everybody... But then, for that special someone... *wink* *wink*...
And as for people not walking around w/blacklights, just get a blacklight for your apartment and when you have friends over, turn it on...

Glow in the dark, at least people would see it fairly often. How many people wander around with a UV light?

UV out of the 2. Glow in the dark would remind me a childrens stickers that they stick on their ceilings, lol. But UV would only happen occasionally, so not so bad, but different too.
Good luck deciding
