i was siting here thinking about when i was 20 and now i feel like i lost out on something it seems life is fast the kids all growen up and they are having kids . i guess i didnt take time to smell the roses.

Been there done that! U are going thru that empty nest feeling! Don't worry grandkids will be on the way!
It's time to enjoy life and do the things u really want to do!
Go back and think what would I have liked to do in my 20's
but didn't and do it! Who's stopping u? But U! The best
thing about doing them now is u are wiser and have more$$$
to do them! Travel, join a bowling team, do somthing u couldn't do because of the kids! What ever u choose to do
do them in your fortys, because once u turn fifty u wish u could
but your body doesn't allow u too! Fifty is really the next hard

First of all, Happy Birthday, and it's not too late to smell the roses. If it's possible, sell your house and go on a round the world trip with your wife and kick up your heels for change.

Dont fret, your not over the hill quite yet. They say life begins at 40. You've got plenty of time to smell the roses and do all the things that you feel you've missed out on.
Your only as old as you feel, now that the kids are grown you can dedicate time to yourself with your partner and do the things you've always dreamed of doing,but havent been able to.

Time is going by a lot faster now.
Remember as a kid you thought a year was in slow motion.

Life is fast .but then again that's life .no second chance .we can only think what could have been only if ..
