Physically a woman who doesn't take care of herself is unattractive. Beauty is not a must but being presentable is. Taking care of the facial apperance, nails and hair as well as clothes she wears, shoes etc... Also body appreance is important.
As for Personality a woman who is smart, can hold an intelligent conversation, confident and calm, sweet and nice is ultra attractive to men or at least to me. Take the opposite of all those qualities and you have yourself an unattractive woman

Personality wise = no one is perfect
Physically it depends on how the other peson sees her. I bet there are cases where a short fat person getting married.
These two balance out together to make the "perfect person" in your life.

The most beautiful woman can be deemed ugly if she has a loud mouth, bad attitude and stank breath.

symmetrical faces are considered pretty while assymetrical, not so much. Fried hair is gross. Personality is being open and not letting things get to you.

meanness, drama queenism, self centered, nasty, irrational, impossible, overly aggressive, controling, miserable, evil, nasty, violent, abusive, slutty, gold digging, lying, fit throwing, sociopathic, and obsessive....just to name a few.
Oh how I would like to meet just one woman who does not have at least half of these!
