I think both coz both r equally important! When u r a teenager u need to study in order to get a bright future but dear if u dont date then this most costly time n our life ,d most exciting time u will loose will never come back n u will regret urself later. So ,moral of d story is studing n dating both r imp.

Love is a great thing that can happen at unexpected moments. Don't let it get in the way of who you are though. Dating in high school was great but if I had spent all my time on my boyfriend, then I wouldn't have been able to go to college for free on a full academic scholarship. Just remember you need something to fall back on if it doesn't work out. You shouldn't end up on the streets because you put love first. But also know that you shouldn't stay away from guys simply because you're in school! Lol, circular argument I know.

Here's the breakdown: studies SHOULD be more important, but often times focusing on members of the opposite sex takes precedence today. For teenagers much of the time, dating is most important when it shouldn't be.

It shud be studies but kids nowadays are more serious bout dating then anything else. Kids as young as 10, 11 nowadays are having bf/gf. Maybe its the influence of movies or glossy mag but looks like the age group is getting younger and younger. I have a nephew who's bout 12 yrs old and is very weak in his studies but when it comes to girls, he's all into it. They all seem to be so eager to grow up. If compare to me when i was that age, kids nowadays have more guts and are more daring and adventures.

I am 23 so I'm not *that* far out of this loop. Studying is far more important. Especially if you are in high school or younger. All the hot guys are when you get to college...just make sure you get there first!

Prob studies, u have plenty of time to date afterwards, but if u get feelings for ppl, u can't really help it, try in keep studies n your personal situation evenly spread, flings come n go, but knowledge tends to stay with u

When i was a teenager dating was more important to me until my mum gave me a through beating and i started concentrating on my studies...................
