Teaching kids the importance of obeying traffic rules.. teach them the rules... especially those that are often broken such as running red lights and stop signs & drug influence..

Schools should expand driver training to include high performance driving and more emphasis on emergency maneuvers because many accidents can be prevented when a driver knows how to use the active safety and performance potential of a car.

Not giving kids under 18 a license in the first place would probably reduce accidents.

having more classes involving safe driving they could also stager there start times so that there are less kids on the road at any one time even if it was as little as 10 minuits it would make a big difference
