Actually, the tiles might allow you to enjoy your sunroom earlier in the spring and later into the fall. The tiles will absorb heat from the sun and retain it for a period of time. It will keep your sunroom warmer and you will be more comfortable out there. It is a basic way of using solar energy....passive heat storage.

go with what you want that's the first rule of any interior design whats the point if you hate it. However sun rooms get very hot and cool white\light coloured tiles are very welcome on the feet. I take it the sun room is in direct access to the garden if this is the case tiles are easier to clean than wood. That said wood does look great. an interior designer is paid to come up with ideas that you wouldn't not paid to tell you exactly what to do.

You cannot have a wooden floor where there is water or source for water like rain water, etc. So, go for vitrified tiles or Matt finished tiles from the range available from the ceramic shop especially from China, Spain or from Malaysia.

tiles, as wood will expand/retract in the varying temps that you'll get in a sunroom, this will end up with it warping.
definately don't go food laminate 'wood' flooring, this stuff is the most suckiest floor covering know to man.
