what types of info would photographers like in their professional profiles?

We are going to be adding a set of professional profiles on vflyer.com for musicians, models and photographers. Need to know what types of info (fields/attributes, i.e.) we would need to collect on their profiles. Here is an example of a vflyer so you better understand:

Information such as

1. name
2. stuido name
3. years in business
4. specialization (wedding, portrait, sports, glamor, etc)
5. memberships
6. awards
7. website
8. email

is good. This will help establish accredibility for the photographer
