This is what I notice in the brain of some girls after being asked by boys and also in some guys after being asked the same question by other girls.
The Question is "Hello, How are you?".
Brain Works Like THis for both (guys n gurls)
1> oh here is that selly question most people start with, I wonder is he/she thinks of me as a sex object.
2> whay he/she dress like that, is he/she try to make a good impression.
3> oh, why he/she smiling to me, oh he/she keeps stare at me
4> oh , he/she is a little nervous, maybe he/she thinks I am wierd or somthing.
5> oh, what shall I respond to him/her.
6> I wonder what my friends would say after this.
7> I think Im very popular.
8> maybe I should answer in a smart way, so he/she knows im smart.. ok be cool be cool.
9> oh, what was the question again?
10> oh im hungry.
11> I think he/she is okey.. maybe I ask him/her out.
12> Does he/she thinks im a fool.?
13> Oh ,i forgot to fix my hair, ,,Oops say somthin,ohh

No. If I don't know the person, I just say "Fine, thank you.", and I think : "What does he want?" but I say nothing more.
