I mean it is late and if I do eat I know I will just grab something that is not good for me but on the other hand if I dont eat something I will never be able to go to sleep. PS I dont have any fruit just junk food like TV diners and stuff.

Studies have finally proven what I've known for 20 years- eating late doesn't cause you to gain weight. It's what you eat. If you have a fast metabolism go ahead and eat the TV dinners with no worries. It takes time to convert all the garbage in some foods into fat (adipose tissue). In other words, you'll work it off tomorrow.

By the way, skip the fruit before bed. It's a natural energy source and probably keep you up.

Try something small and lite. Also drink a glass of water. The body often confuses thirst with hungry. So if the water does not work maybe try some toast or crackers with some peanut butter.

If you eat before sleeping you are giving your poor digestive system a headache- your GI tract needs body movement to work best and digest food.
It is the best way to put on weight, not to mention causing ill effects to your cardiovascular system from all that fat and salt.
Go to bed hungry, you'll wake up hungry and will really enjoy breakfast.

If your hungry just eat.......don't eat the whole serving just a portion to satisfy the hunger pain and drink a large glass of water it will fill you up but will also have you going to the bathroom.

Just drink a large glass of milk or water. Water naturally makes you feel full. Milk tastes good and also fills you up.

If you are hungry.. eat, just don't make a habit of midnight snacking. You'll be fine. I eat at night too sometimes.. I don't really care lol.

I am dying -should I live--I am thristy --should I take a drink of water- maybe some warm milk --u got cheese and bread -make a grilled cheese sandwich

Do not eat anything after 6p.m or you'll gather the fat around your tommy and finally become obese
