I heard C, C++ can be used, are there any more languages that can be used

Theoretically you can use any existing or custom created high level programming language. A PIC controller does not run the C or C++ program. Rather it executes programs in its machine language conforming to its reset, memory, and interrupt models. Program files written in C or C++ are compiled into the relative-addressed PIC machine language by a cross-compiler (a compiler program that makes binary machine codes for a processor different from what it runs on). And then linked to the PIC-absolute address memory model by a linker program.
