Not sure what "hunt" has to do with your particular situation.
If it "hurts" when you pee then there is a good chance you loved a woman who was unclean. Go see the family doctor.

I had a friend that had that problem and if you have had sex recently it could be Chlamydia...Here is a web site to check out hopefully this helps out.
