I met this guy a couple of weeks ago and we clicked so last night I asked him out. (Even though we had already talked of hanging out I wanted to make It just the two of us) but he never really got around to answering the question. But he still called me this morning and I talked to him tonight as well. So what should I think...that he just automatically assumed that we would be going out or that he just thinks Im joking? I like him and he tells me I worry to much about things and that I should let It ride but I still want an answer. Should I push for it or just 'let it ride' like he said to do? And why Is it that he keeps telling me Im going to be moving in with him and asking "when are we going to get married and have kids" Is this his way of joking around with me or Is he bieng serious? I really wouldnt mind It if he was. I need both guys and girls to help me out on this one. Thanks guys~

I do not think he knows how to react. He is really insecure in himself. A girl asking may knock him off track, but he needs to grow up, times have changed and for the better, girls now ask. For now I would let it ride and see what happens.

u should have written here in which form u asked him out. was it "we should go out sometimes" or was it " do u want to go out with me this saturday evening?" but in any case, if he hasn't responded it doesn't seem good. he should have responded right away if he wanted to go out with u. i mean wouldn't u if someone invited u and that someone was the one u liked? so i say u do not bring this subject over again. u will seem clingy. nobody likes clingy people. let it ride,

He's not serious about getting married at this point. (I hope this is obvious.) It sounds like he's interested. Nail down a time and place and you're making progress.

No, you don't push for an answer. Forget about him because he refused to answer. About the comment he made, he is only serious insofar as he wants to use you for sex.
