I make these for my teenage son--he LOVES them, they are always a little different because of the flavours used. Makes two large glasses. Excellent Breakfast.

All in the blender:
1 Banana
1 small container of yogurt (straw, rasp, blue, orange etc)
about 1/2 cup milk (soy or reg)
about 1/2 cup juice (orange, cranberry, grapefruit)
about 2 cups frozen fruit (berries, peaches, melon etc)
1 tsp of sugar if needed or honey
1 tsp or so of flaxseed

Blend until smooth, I go about 1 minute.

* I've also used fresh peaches, apricots, grapes, tangerines, kiwi, all berries (black, blue, rasp, straw, logan,)
** I've used soy yogurt and soy milk
*** I've also put "vitamins and mineral supplements" in them

First few "years" of my sons life until about 10 years this is what he thought milkshakes were.....boy did I have him fooled!! *wink*

As a special treat my son will make him self one of
1 banana
1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
1 big squirt of chocolate
about 1/2 cup milk
1 spoon of peanut butter (if desired for more decadence)

Delicious!!!!

Oh, please share, Brittany! We want to hear! :)

I don't really have a recipe that is measured, I usually toss in whatever I have on hand:

Orange Juice
Bananas
Vanilla Yogurt
Blueberries
Raspberries
Peaches, etc.
