You haven't made it all the way thru puberty yet!
You may gain that height naturally!
Don't mess with nature and take any medication! You are only 16! Please be patient!

As a Medical student here in the US I am going to tell you one thing: There is no way to influence how tall you're going to be without some serious side effects to your health. I'm not going to tell you the one way I know for sure will put height on you as it is illegal and I could potentially get sued. If you figure it out, I am here to tell you that introducing this to your body at your young age might put you at risk for about 150 different health conditions (that's just off the top of my head) that will haunt you for the rest of your life. There are a lot of "snake-oil" type products out there that will claim to make you taller, but they will not do anything other than take money out of your wallet. It's been debated within the medical community for years whether exercise and a healthy diet influence height while the epiphesial discs are open, but my opinion has always been it can't hurt. Eat right and stay active and watch out for fantastic claims or cures. Remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Also do some research into how your body actually grows from Web-MD or some other reliable source. That should give more answers to any questions you may have.

Well actually....you might still grow taller just naturally. It depends upon how old you are. Great answer above by Jeff....The growth plates at the end of your long bones can stop growing at any time during adolecence but usually in your late teens. Take at look at your parents heights and the rest of your family. That will give you a general idea of where you're going to end up height wise.
For people who are too short for their age and are concerned about it go see a MD. Some kids are given Human Growth Hormone (HGH) to make them grow taller. BUT you really have to be dedicated and rich. The injections are every day for a couple of years. The drug costs in the thousands.
If you are an official 'little person' and young. There is an operation that breaks the long bones in the lower legs and puts an apparatus with screws on the legs. The screws are turned very, very slightly every day to lengthen the bones. Ouch !Good Luck ! from a short person !

I'm not a doctor, but I did study anatomy and physiology an awful lot in my studies (phyisological psychology) - so I think that its safe for me to say - as well as anyone else who has ever held a thermometer - that there is no such thing.
So no, dont take it.
There are several things that determine your height.
One is you mother, the other your father.
You cant chose either one of those.
You can chose your attitude about your height though - learn to accept it, and like who you are, and life will be better.

Really.

You should see a pediatric endocrinologist. They are your best bet.
