I’m looking for good patches for mental stress relief. I could find a few products by internet surfing. Kalms Tablets x 200, Theramood, Zoloft, prozac and a few others. Can you suggest the best and safe one.

Oh boy. Dont bother with the first two. I worked in a health food store for 10 years and can quite honestly say that they only work for very few people - and to be honest, I wouldn't have believed those people had anxiety, y'know what I mean?
As far as herbs go, Kava is the best, but you can only use it so often - you'll develop rashes from it (Kava Dermatitis)

I like a series of CDs you can get from itunes - the brain sync series - or go to www.brainsync.com for info....you have to use headphones, but I really dig em.

Other than that, plan on seeing a doctor, because anything with more "bang" to it is gonna require a script.

Be well

There are many available in internet today. Prozac is a good product but I would recommend Theramood - Stress Relief Patch as it’s well tested and safe.

I would think that the best way for you to get relief is not via drugs. Look for natural ways or therapies to help you manage your stress levels.

well i really would not know, since most of the meds you have named are used for more serious problems.
