Moral relativism is a contradiction in and of it self because it says that to judge a certain behavior as wrong is being intolerant, yet it's okay to demonize the people who are advocating a moral standard.

Moraies Fate helps us understand why with her rediculous answer.She TWISTS your words from moral judgement to discrimination and you never said you advocated such behavior.she also mentions slavery,womens rights,and antisemitism to gain support from others whom would not actually read or understand your question.
Her tactics are what we commonly see from our politicians and thus gives us clues as to why we often see this in secular society.

So... discriminating against some portions of society because you don't agree with it, or they're different from you, is ok because you're "advocating a moral standard"?

Bull.

Sorry, not buying.

Thats the same excuse that was used for the subjugation of women for millenia, for the persecution of the Jewish population, and for the slavery of the African Americans.

Those jerks thought they were right in acting that way. That doesn't mean they were right.

too many liberals haven't evolved from that idealistic hippie era philosophy. It's not that hard to write smart laws and tolerate everything legal.
and there's a difference between not tolerating morals/moral people and demonizing their sources.

cultivation of mind is immoral,morality is a subject of one's heart,those who live in the company of their heart r never intolrent/immoral.
