I have Lupus and yes you can have children but you are more at risk for miscarriage.Even under doctor care sometimes your body will not work in your favor, but rarely does it with this disease.
* No one is sure how one gets this disease. Not One person in my family has this just me

Yesh she can, but it does require more monitoring by doctors and I believe she risks the child being born with Lupus but I'm not positive. You can always ask you doctor and go to www.webmd.com to find out more info on Lupus.
