i am married to an american citizen,and i have a temperary green card,can i file for my daughter whose 20 yrs old,but shes not in the US.Can i put in her paper work to get a green card,although i have a temperary one?i will get the permenant one in 2 yrs.Any experiences will be appreciated,thanks alot.

You may petition for your daughter, if she is unmarried. Right now the wait is about ten years for F2B (15 if you and she are Mexican): when her priority date becomes current, she will have to show that you are still a resident and she is still unmarried. If you become a citizen before then, you can upgrade the petition to F1:
