Some people do and some people don't. There is no guarantee. Also, the first two weeks is tough--you have to be really dedicated.

Atkins is a good diet if you follow it religiously.Make sure to use the keto sticks to make sure you stay in the purple. Do a lot of walking and drink plenty of water and take a multi-vitamin. This has worked for my mom who has been on Atkins for 25 years and she looks great and has abundant energy. Once you get the sugar out of your body you will no longer crave it Good luck.

If you stick strictly to the diet, you can lose weight in first week.

as long as you do it properly you will lose wt. It takes 3-4 days to start losing but then it just keeps coming off. drink lots of water & exercise that helps as well.

It works quick but not that quick. You might lose a pound or two the first week.

yes in the first week you will lose about 1 lb maybe more depending how big you really are
