Im 17 i lift weights and im wondering first of all if im weak and second of all if my exercise routine is any good.
I bench 120 punds in three sets of eleven, i curl twenty five pounds(for each arm) in sets of fourteen which i also do three times, i military press(put it over my head) sixty pounds in three sets of fourteen, and then i do like 50 crunches three times. Am i lifting a small amount for my age? also is my workout designed totally wrong or something that i should know about?

Well how much do you weigh/how tall are you. My advice would be to use heavier weights and fewer reps. But I sure as hell couldnt bench 120 even for 1 rep when I was 17. Now I do 300 (I'm 21 now), at like 200lbs and 6'1".
I would suggest buying some books or looking online for HIT- high intensity training. There is a lot of evidence that it is a more effective way to lift.

Hi.
You should not get caught up in how much you can lift now. At the beginning it is very important to get the form right and it can take a lot of time. Also, if you continually lift heavy you will burn out, it is just a matter of when, not if. You should go to the website of Dr. Fred Hatfield (dr. squat) where you will find a lot of useful information from a man educated in the field and with lots of experience in weightlifting. Use knowledge to help you improve. Your training sessions should be as brief as possible to reduce the production of cortisol.
Hope this helped.
