It means just that..... You are moving too fast in the relationship. Not everyone rushes into Love, some people like to take things slowly and see where it leads...... It may also mean she is not ready for a physical relationship yet. If you really care for this girl, take things a little easier and let her take the lead for a while, in other words let her make the first gesture. Sometimes the best part of the relationship is the Thrill of the chase. She may not feel the same intense attraction you feel either, but the fact that she is asking you to just slow down, tells me she does not want to give up on the relationship she just needs time to catch up to you in her feelings....... Can't hurry love......

Has she been in a difficult relationship in the past? Maybe she just has a bit of "baggage" and is taking awhile to let go of the past. If its a developing relationship like you say, she would likely have let you go earlier of she wasnt interested, rather than string you along to this point. Give her a little space, and if your worried, try to clarify why she needs the space. Good Luck

no it doesn't mean that she's seeing somebody else, and it doesn't mean she doesn't want to see you anymore otherwise thats what she would have said. usually when a girl says that it means something like this; the relationship is good, and she likes it, but maybe moving a little too fast and intiminating her. she wants to take stuff slowly, which is good becuase sometimes when you rush stuff it isn't the best thing, and the relationship doesnt last as long. so my suggestion is that you should still be there for her, but just don't rush things quite so much. take it slower, and carefully.

Sounds like she's been hurt before and she wants too take things slow and make sure this is what she wants and wont get hurt again. So if U realy care about her then just slow down and she will let U know when she's ready for more.

It could be many things. Maybe she's scared, or maybe she doesn't like you as much as she thought, or maybe she's found someone else she's interested in. Prepare for the worst and hope for the better my friend. When I say it, it's just because I'm too scared because I've been hurt so many times. Hi it could mean a lot of things she could feel as though she needs a little space or she thinks things are moving to fast just give her some space , make sure your not over crowding her that would kill any relationship i hope things work out for you , good luck

Well Yoram....it means one of two things; depending on what you want.
First. Do you want physical activity? because if you do then she is buying time to let you down easy. Girls like to be friends after a relationship.
Second. If you aren't looking for more than what she is giving you, and she says that to you; then it means you should go look for another girlfriend.
It can be more complicated than that but you aren't married are you? Didn't think so......

It can mean a lot of things....the best thing to do is gently ask. It could mean:
1. She really likes you but is not ready for something emotionally or physically serious
2. She might not really like you and does not know how to tell you
Go with the flow for a while and don't push too hard....if you really like her than wait, if she is really interested it will be apparent soon.
