Go to your dentist and have a panoramic x-ray of your entire mouth.
This will determine where the third molars are located They will determine if they're soft tissue impacted, boney impacted or if they will eventually come through your gums.
My daughter just went through this last year, and then had all four teeth extracted by an oral surgeon.
Keep taking your advil/motrin until you can have them extracted.

Going to take a wild shot at this
this is not medical advice
I would be willing to bet that it is the flap of tissue covering the third molar that is inflamed, as you chew this layer of skin is caught between the teeth as the crown of your molar moves closer to the top of the gum line. You may have impacted third molars and if so they do need to come out, and the longer you wait the harder the abstraction is because of increased bone density around the roots and crown of the tooth. If you can't afford this procedure that is in the area of 2 to 3 grand now you can go to one of the new drug testing programs and they will pay you to remove and test a new experimental drug for pain.

they usally pay around 500.00 dollars

That's too old for growth, and it's unlikely for wisdom teeth to erupt at that age. Is it possible that your gumline is receding, making it look like you molars are growing?

It's probaly a wisdom tooth. Go 2 the dentist and he/she will remove it if it is hurting.
