It got shaken up when it fell out the vending machine. I didnt have any towel or anything to wipe it up so i just walked away. Two minutes later I heard a commontion and people were calling an ambulance. Someone slipped over in my soda fizz and hit their head on the ground. When the paramedics took them away they were still alive but I heard them say fractured skull possible brain damage. What do I do? I feel so bad about this. Could I be in any legal trouble because of this? It was an accident, i didnt try to do it, what's if the person died? I can't sleep thinking about it. Please tell me what to do and what can happen?

BTW it was Mountain Dew

Mt. Dew is my favorite. Technically, no one is going to know it was you, or be able to find you if they do suspect you are the soda spiller. You can check up on the person and make sure they get better... I guess, but thats kinda weird. Its like this time when I was seven I ran into this fat lady at a mall in Texas and she spilled her super-size drink. I felt SOO horrible. Even now I still feel kind of bad. She was so helpless. Anyways. I dont' think that little story is helping you any..

AAAND...Just so you know..I've NEVER had a Mt. Dew fizz over. EVER.

Dude wrong place to ask this question. But if you come forth you might have to pay for the damage done to the person and how can you be so sure it was you? Its the mall people spill soda a lot, unless you spilled half of the entire bottle then it was someone else.

OHHHH! It was mountain Dew, you shouldn't feel bad at all. Dew yourself a favor and relax.

If it's any consolation, I have no concience and wouldn't feel a damn thing, but hey, I'm in organized crime. So that doesn't help you.

In the mean time, don't go posting **** saying you did it because they might be looking for you.

Stop drinking Mountain Dew. I prefer Dr. Pepper.

well tha fact that it was mountain dew doesnt really matter.. & im pretty sure they cant blame u for it. because u arent the janitor there.. but u might have been able to prevent it if u would have told somebody there was a spill.

BTW this has nothing to do with dating, but common sense tells you to always open a bottle carefully, IT SAYS SO ON THE BOTTLE lol

Go to the authorities , tell them what happened and everything will be fine. It was an accident.

haha. I shouldn't be laughing, but I love it how you HAD to point it out that it was Mountain Dew.

well, they don't know, but you can do the honor of going up to the person and say that you're sorry.

But if there's no chance of seeing them anymore, then just go on with your life.\

and yes. they might sue you. but it depends.

your not responsible the business where you purchased the drink is legally if that helps.
Next time stick around so no one gets hurt until they clean it up maybe?
