I have never dated outside my race and will never date outside my race.

I love it when people ask questions like this because everyone answers, "There is no difference in dating someone from a different race," Well if there is no difference, and there is nothing wrong with it then why does everyone come on here and look for justification for their relationship with some one from a different race?

If people were just people and not known by the color of their skin, then people dating them wouldn't come on here and call their significant other a black man or Hispanic man or whatever. If I was dating a man outside of my race he wouldn't be a black man to me he would be "Isaiah," or whatever.

The only reason why people on here ask these sort of questions is because they need justification for what they are doing. They obviously feel that they are doing something wrong and it makes them feel better to have other people come on here and agree with them, because then they are not the only ones betraying their own race. They also ask this kind of question because they like the attention they get from dating outside their own race and that is what they find so exciting about walking down the street with their "black-boyfriend", or "Hispanic-lover."

So I hope you feel better about what you are doing now; disgracing your own kind.

I am a white guy who dated a black guy for two years. While we were together it was pretty good. We had some really good times. He cheated on me with another guy, we went through a rough spot after that but I eventually forgave him. He then cheated on me again with a girl and got her pregnant. I broke up with him for good and he threatened to kill me several times. He harassed me at my job so much that I had to quit. It made me sad because I wanted to be able to think back on him with somewhat fond memories. But now when I think of him I am just glad he's out of my life. A few years later I ran into him, he was living with another guy and he told me he wanted me back, right in front of his current boyfriend. I told him he was a loser and to get lost. I never saw or heard from him again. His behavior had nothing to do with his race, so this isn't to say that I wouldn't date another person outside my race. I definitely would. I am attracted to men of all races, especially Latino and Native American men. It just so happens this is the only inter-racial relationship I have had.

I'm pretty much a mix of a lot of white skinned ethnicities. :P Of course, I have dated outside of my race. The one experience that stands out in my mind was a few months back I was kinda casually seeing this black guy. It was great while it lasted..but he left me for a black chick. But oh well..thats life.

I don't think there is anything wrong with dating outside of your race. I think its fine the only problem may be how others might except your relationship that is what I always worry about. I have never dated outside my race but am now willing to.

I am white and always dated hispanic or african american guys. I live in san francisco where everyone is really accepting of almost everything so, i didnt have any problem with it. I think people understand if you love someone color doesnt matter. It's 2007 so, I dont think you have to worry about to much.

They were pretty much like every other relationship I've been in. o_O;
Really, race doesn't matter much for me, just the person as they are...
