The colors for my wedding are sky/pool blue & canary yellow but i cant find any tux vest and ties in the yello

a yellow vest and tie seem a little loud.
how about just a yellow tie? should be able to find one of those.
ask the experts at the tux shops.

You should try looking for the vest and tie in a blue shade instead of the yellow ... it will probably be easier to find.

Do the ties in the sky/pool blue color. It will look nicer on the groomsmen. The yellow will make them look like they are waiters in a Big Bird wedding reception.

how about using white or ivory for them?

if you can't match exactly you can find a color that is close to that shade of yellow
