If you mean what causes the most noise in a TV. Then the answer is Lightning strikes. At any given time there are 2000 lightning strikes on earth. The transmission of the TV signals receive Electromagnetic interference from these strikes that can travel hundreds of miles through the transmission, eventually reaching your TV.
