the Quote is Conquer by the mind but i have heard that the quote is to broad so i should make it "I Will Conquer By The Mind" so if you can help me out that would be awesome

Why do you not contact a University's Classics Department and ask for a translation. I always worry about asking for translations on Answer as not everyone gives proper answers! And you do not want it to say 'this person is a prat'! (not that I am saying that anyone has not been accurate, but it worries me that someone may give this as the translation!)
As a matter of interest, why do you want the quote in Latin? Why not ancient Greek or Egyptian hieroglyphs? Why not get several different language translations, and decide which looks better?
Good luck - and make sure you go to a good tattooist so they do not make any mistakes!

You need to look at a "Dictionary of Classical Quotation" as to be sure you locate a real Latin quote not just some words "translated" but something Caesar or Cicero might have actually said.

sorry....but only few people is learning to speak and understand latin languages...If you would be lucky....Someone that knows how to translate latin will help you in your situation.
