I agree with "Gene" that this is easily something you can look up for yourself, how ever the "Mapquest" driving times get progressive more inaccurate the longer the journey becomes. Add an extra 20% to what it says.
Bismarck is a beautiful city in its own way. North Dakota is one of the least populated states so if you are used to being among crowds you in for a surprise. The people you do find there are incredibly warm and friendly. I doubt you could ever find graffiti in Bismarck. It also gets unbelievably cold in the winter.

OK you guys made it sound so indispensible I finally used MAPQUEST for the first time. I will play with it a little till I get the hang of it...Never used it before...

Now folks ...map quest or yahoo driving is easy you just get on it and then type in your address and your destination address and bingo...........
p.s. you might even see movie stars on the way. I head that Barbara Streisand goes on road trips and stops at the Flying J.
